Mumbai Global Fashion Extravaganza set to rock India’s financial capital

MUMBAI: What is slated to be Asia’s biggest fashion pageant and talent event – the Mumbai Global Fashion Extravaganza is all set to bring the bling, sheen and shine back to the financial capital of India, which is undoubtedly one of the country’s best cities for nightlife and glamour.

The spectacular line-up in a glittering array of big, stellar brands, famous faces and lifestyle icons and influencers will marry fashion with food for the first time in amchi Mumbai to the delight of the exclusive few who will be part of the event.

With more than 190 designers from different parts of India and abroad confirming their participation for the Mumbai Global Fashion Extravaganza, which is a part of The Fitness, Fashion & Glamour International Tour 2026, the event promises to rock India and the fashion industry in the country.

Ace designers like UK-based Goan-origin Raymond Fernandez, designer Riyaz Ganji from Mumbai, Umair Zafar from Lucknow/Mumbai among the 190 others, who will showcase their creations at the Mumbai Global Fashion Show.

The event will be held at a 5-star location, according to the buzzing grapevine.

A team of top choreographers like Marc Robinson are on board and will be part of the team putting together this glamour event, say our sources.

Mumbai-Goa model and actress Anita Shinde-Shetty will be walking the ramp along with 200 other models and showstoppers.

Bollywood is expected to attend this event in full strength and at least 5 to 6 A-listers will walk the ramp.

An exhibition of Indian traditional fabrics will also be part of the glam profile. Kunbi fabric from Goa and Chikankari from Lucknow will be on display at the show.

The Fitness, Fashion & Glamour International Tour 2026 comprises of 8 events – the Global Goa Fashion Week 2026, Mrs Goa International Pageant, Mr, Ms & Mrs India International, Mr & Ms Asia Universe, Ms Bikini Fitness International, besides others.
