MUMBAI: Esha Deol who turned a year older on 2nd November has deferred her birthday celebrations as her father Dharmendra was not keeping well and was hospitalised. Sources close to the family said that Esha will celebrate her birthday on December 8th, which is Dharamji’s birthday.
Dharmendra will be 90 on December 8 and the family has planned a big celebration.
Meanwhile on the health front, Dharmendra’s family is taking it one day at a time. A source from the family told Bollywood Hungama, “If God is willing, we will be celebrating two birthdays next month — Dharamji’s and Esha’s.”
Speaking about Dharamji’s health, Hema Malini said, “So far, he is okay. We are taking it one day at a time.” Hema Malini was at Dharamji bedside throughout his stay in the hospital.
According to sources, the family is keeping their fingers crossed. “Dharamji’s health has slightly improved. That is why we brought him home from the hospital. But we are not taking any chances. Doctors are monitoring his health 24×7 and as a family we ensure that he gets the best treatment and lots of love,” a family source told this reporter.
